A growing eCommerce business using Shopify relied heavily on metafields to manage additional product, order, and customer information. As the store expanded, managing these metafields inside the Shopify admin became increasingly complex.
The client had more than 400 metafields across Products, Orders, Collections, and Customers. This created several operational challenges:

To solve this challenge, we built a custom solution using Shopify UI Extensions. The extension allows the client to control which metafields should appear on specific Shopify admin pages. Instead of displaying all metafields, only the required ones are shown.
