At Amwhiz Media Pvt Ltd (“Amwhiz”, “we”, “us”, “our”), we aim to make every purchase straightforward and transparent for our customers.
This Refund Policy outlines how refund requests are handled for products and services bought through our marketplace or professional engagements.
Please read it alongside our Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy.
1. Marketplace Products (Modules, Themes, and Apps)
If you’ve purchased a product from our marketplace, you can request a refund within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.
That said, once a product has been downloaded, installed, or actively used, it usually won’t be eligible for a refund.
The exception is when something isn’t working as described or turns out to be defective.
In those cases:
- We’ll first work with you to fix the issue
- If we’re unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, we’ll process a refund
2. Subscription Based Products and Support Plans
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and are non-refundable.
If you cancel a subscription, you’ll still have access until the end of your current billing cycle.
After that, it simply won’t renew.
We do not offer refunds for unused time within an active cycle.
However, in rare cases, exceptions may be considered depending on the circumstances.
3. Professional Services
Our professional services include:
- HubSpot onboarding
- Shopify onboarding
- Custom development
- Integrations
- Migrations
- Consulting services
Each project is governed by its own Order or Statement of Work.
In general:
- Once work has been completed or approved, fees cannot be refunded
- Advance payments for work not yet started may qualify for a partial refund
- Refunds may exclude incurred costs and unrecoverable third-party charges
- Deposits and booking fees are non-refundable because they reserve project availability
4. What’s Not Refundable
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Work already delivered or completed as agreed
- Time spent on hourly or ongoing engagements
- Third-party costs such as HubSpot, Shopify, hosting, domain purchases, and payment processing fees
5. How to Request a Refund
If you’d like to request a refund, email us with:
- Order details
- Invoice details
- A short explanation of the issue

We’ll review your request and respond within three (3) to five (5) business days.
6. Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, we’ll return the amount to your original payment method within a reasonable processing time.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds are issued in the same currency used for payment.
Applicable taxes, including GST, will be handled according to legal requirements.
7. Our Approach
We review every refund request carefully and fairly.
If a request does not meet the conditions in this policy, we may decline it.
This policy does not affect any rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
