This policy is intended to provide clarity on cancellation timelines, access periods, applicable charges, and customer responsibilities.
By purchasing or subscribing to services through Amwhiz, you agree to this Cancellation Policy together with our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy.
1. How to Submit a Cancellation Request
If you wish to cancel a subscription, service, or marketplace purchase purchased through Amwhiz, you must submit a cancellation request through email.

- Order ID or invoice number
- Name of the purchased product or service
- Registered email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for cancellation
- Any supporting details if applicable
Incomplete requests may require additional verification before cancellation can be completed.
2. Cancellation Processing Timeline
Once a valid cancellation request is received, our team will review and process the request within forty-eight (48) business hours.
Processing confirmation may be sent to the email address associated with your purchase.
Processing time may vary where additional information or account verification is required.
Submitting a request does not automatically confirm cancellation until written confirmation has been provided by Amwhiz.
3. Subscription Cancellation
If you cancel an active subscription, your access to the subscribed service will generally continue until the end of the current billing period.
After the billing cycle ends:
- Your subscription will not automatically renew
- Future recurring billing will stop
- Access to subscription benefits may end
- Previously generated data may remain subject to platform retention policies
Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless eligibility requirements under the Refund Policy are satisfied.
4. Charges and Billing
Any fees, usage charges, implementation costs, service hours, subscription charges, or expenses incurred before the cancellation request was submitted remain payable and are generally non-refundable.
Examples may include:
- Completed service work
- Setup and onboarding charges
- Consumed subscription periods
- Third-party platform costs
- Transaction and processing charges
Outstanding balances must be settled according to applicable payment terms.
5. Marketplace Products and Digital Deliverables
Cancellation of marketplace purchases may not be available after delivery, activation, download, installation, or access has been completed.
Digital products already accessed may instead be evaluated under the applicable Refund Policy.
Where technically possible and permitted, cancellation requests submitted before fulfilment may qualify for review.
6. Service Engagement Cancellation
For professional services including implementation, development, consulting, onboarding, migration, or integration projects, cancellation terms may vary depending on the agreed Order, proposal, or Statement of Work.
Where applicable:
- Completed milestones remain billable
- Advance payments may be adjusted based on completed work
- Project schedules may be closed upon cancellation
- Third-party commitments may continue to apply
Project-specific agreements take precedence where different cancellation conditions exist.
7. Exceptions and Limitations
Amwhiz reserves the right to decline cancellation requests where:
- Services have already been fully delivered
- Contractual obligations require continued billing
- Required information is not provided
- The request violates applicable agreements
- Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected
Any approved exception will be handled at our reasonable discretion and subject to applicable laws.
