At Amwhiz Media Private Limited (“Amwhiz”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), customer satisfaction is important to us and we aim to maintain a transparent and fair refund process for all purchases made through our platform.

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed for marketplace purchases and subscription-based services offered through Amwhiz.

By purchasing products or services through Amwhiz, you agree to this Refund Policy together with our Terms and Conditions and any applicable service agreements.

1. Eligibility for Refund Requests

If you are not satisfied with a purchase made through the Amwhiz marketplace, you may request a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the original purchase date.

Refund requests must be submitted within this period to be considered for review.

Refund eligibility applies only to purchases completed directly through official Amwhiz channels.

Requests received after the refund window may not qualify unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact our team by email and provide sufficient information to help us review your request efficiently.

3. Marketplace Purchase Conditions

Refunds under this policy are available only for purchases made directly through the Amwhiz app marketplace.

Purchases made through third-party platforms, resellers, implementation partners, or external marketplaces remain subject to those providers’ policies.

Where a refund is approved, the amount returned may exclude non-recoverable payment processing fees where permitted by law.

4. Digital Products

Because digital products are delivered immediately after purchase, additional conditions apply.

Digital products that have been downloaded, activated, installed, accessed, or used are generally not eligible for refunds.

Exceptions may apply where:

  • The product is defective
  • The product does not function as described
  • The delivered product materially differs from published specifications
  • A verified technical issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable period

Before issuing a refund, our team may attempt troubleshooting, replacement, updates, fixes, or technical support where appropriate.

5. Subscription Services

Subscription-based services may be eligible for partial refunds depending on the timing of cancellation and the amount of service already delivered.

Where applicable:

  • Refund calculations may consider completed billing periods
  • Used service periods may not be refundable
  • Future recurring charges may stop after cancellation
  • Promotional pricing or discounted plans may have separate conditions

Cancellation does not automatically guarantee a refund.

Once processed, Amwhiz is not responsible for delays caused by external financial institutions.
